My insurance is taken care of, I have attended a group support meeting and have been reading every post on this and a couple of other sites.  I am ready.  1 week until pre-op testing.  2 weeks until my surgery. 

My pre-op appointment is Nov. 13th at 1:30, surgery on the 20th at Evergreen Hospital.

Today I met with my surgain, Dr. Michaelson.  I love him.  I can't believe he is a surgeon, he is so personable.  I also had my phyc exam.  This was harder than I thought.  After this meeting I met with Trish who put my medical records together and sent them off to my insurance.  My insurance is United heath care.  They do cover this surgery, but it has to be preapproved. 

I went to the pre-view seminar at nwwl clinic last week.  Today I had my appointment with the nurse.
