My Big Day!!

Hello All,

Tomorrow is my BIG DAY 7/20/09. I am aking everyone to keep me in your prayers! I am very excited to make a change for the better. I know that I have a long road ahead of me but it wasn't overnight that I gained this weight either. I am motivated to do my best and see results. I am grateful for the support my family and friends are giving me. The only downsize to this for me is smelling Sunday dinner cooking and can't enjoy it with my family.  :O) BUT I have to do what I have to do!! I am lookig forward to a new START and new HEALTHIER ME!!
