9 Months and still going strong!!!

OK, well maybe I am just a few days over 9 months post op. I am so excited. Today my husband took Pictures of me, and I could not believe the difference from just 2 months ago! I would have them posted, but I seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties with my camera (it is giving up the ghost). So I also got around to getting up the nerve to actually get family photos done, and I am so excited to see how they turned out (still waiting for the proofs). The funny thing is that I have a family portrait right next to the front door from quit a few months prior to surgery, and I look at that picture and think "who is that in there with my family". I do not believe that is me, it is NOT who I saw in the mirror, or what I thought I looked liked before. I knew I was big, but I think that is outrageous!!!

Other than that, I know the Holidays are on their way, the only thing that I am worried about really is the idea of having to be around some people that I do not wish to be around. I know that sounds bad, but not everyone gets along with their families right?

So I am down 138lbs in 9 months, and  I am feeling very accomplished! Not to mention, I am under 200lbs now too.... Such a short amount of time to accomplish such a HUGE task!
