" He is very calm, understanding and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and has a great team mate helping him. The staff is always willing to help and answer questions. I can't think of one thing I didn't like about Dr. Archer. He is quick to respond when called and always readily available to see you or schedule time for you to be seen. All your aftercare is part of the package so you don't have to worry about being taken care of after surgery. The risks were explained clearly and thoroughly and all questions were answered. There was even a quiz before surgery to make sure I understood what was going to happen. With Dr. Archer and his team mate, Stephanie Granvall, both surgical competence and beside manner were above reproach. I had a minor complication during surgery but it was handled efficiently and as to date, after 18 months haven't had any issues whatsoever. Dr. Archer (and Stephanie) is my hero and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for everything he has helped me achieve. "
