Well i turly forgot about the date until I saw a happy surgiversary on an email.This year I am about 340 but I graze most of the time I am home, which is getting to be a problem. I am going in 4 days a week to work with the high school kids.
My arthritis and fibromyalgia are really bad this year. I had shoulder replacement surgery last April and it is slow healing and getting back the use of it. But I could be worse and I am glad I did not gain a whole lot of weight back....
Surgery is NOT a fast fix it is something you will always need to fight gaining weight.I am appreiative not to have a troubles with the surgery as many do.
Well we will see what next year brings??
