Check Please

Just got my hospital bill. RNY pluse 4 days admitted for colon obstruction. 38,900 dollars and I only have to pay 971.00$  Do I leave a tip? Only other expenses were my 1000$ for my sleep apnea study and about 500$ for the cpap machine. O i almost forgot, many many 25$ copay office visits.   And I forgot the surgeon bill was 750$.
