Well I saw my surgeon for my 6 month check up. He was very pleased with my weight loss - 119 pounds so far. I asked him if I needed to lose anymore and he said no; said that I probably have slowed down in my loss and I have. The last month I've been fluctuating between 1-2 pounds either way. He said I could fluctuate 5 pounds up or down and that is normal.I've lost 53% of my beginning weight, my BMI is 22. So I think I'm good. I feel better and I'm healthier.
I've posted new pics of the "new me" in my photos. I can't believe the difference since my beginning photo and now. Two different people.
