Im at my personal goal...184. I would like to have a tummy tuck...waiting to hear from Plastic & Hand

Well it will almost be 1 year....Ive lost a total of 181 lbs! Im down to 195, with 15 more to go. My health is good....Im mowing the lawn...gardening with ease. Clothes are a dream to shop for...sitting on the floor and getting up is so easy....I am so astounded. My year check up is in June, and right after that I have a consult with Dr. Claytor @ Maine Plastic & Hand...to see what I need to do to have an abdomnoplasty...I pray everyone is well.

Im down to 204 lbs. I have a feeling the last 25 lbs will be VERY hard to get rid of...and yet if I could have my stomach removed I bet that easy would be 15 lbs!! Any way this journey has been the best....I am so thankful for God and family and friends leading me to this operation.

It sems imossible..but Im down to 215....I feel great1 I cant wait for spring to get active..mow lawn etc... There is hope...for all of you who are considering this operation...Its not magic...but it definatley helps you sooo much!!

Gosh...Im down to 245!! Thats a total of 135 bls since June!!! Im feeling good..and keeping to the rules...what a blessing this has been!! The surgery helps me to make the right choice...I could never do that for long without failure...God is good!!

Well Im officially down 100 lbs!! I really cant believe it!! Im doing well..no problems...and adding little bits more food and variety.

Well....here I am 67 lbs lost...Im feeling good....Food its a trial and error thing....Ground beef makes me VERY sick.

I still am on mushy stuff...but introducing chicken, fish and quiche very well.  I have had food stuck twice...and it was NOT a fun experience...I was in so much pain I had to make myself throw up...but I havent had any more episodes like that for a while.

As most people say...I have NO regrets....only wish I did it sooner. I feel like Ive always needed something bigger than my own willpower...and this is it!! I feel like I have the food police on my side. Sugar and carbs are just not an option...or I might get sick...and I havent tested those waters...

Thank you Lord for directing me in this journey!! Im am blessed!!

Well all has been going well. I did get my first episode of food getting stuck...a most unpleasent experience. After an hour I finally made myself throw up..and felt much better. I need to slow down, and chew well, and remember not to advance too soon with real food. But Im so glad to have a "food police" with me...if not I would still be consuming large amounts of food and feeling out of control. There are some days like yesterday that I wonder what the heck did I do?? But its fleeting, and normal I think. There are so many new changes you must adhere to...I need to give myself time, and patience. Overall Im am pleased.
