"My surgeon is very personable, knowledgeable and kind. My impression of him has changed for the better. The more I read about the procedure I wish to have, the more confident I feel in his abilities. The office staff are wonderful. They return calls the same day. They seek answers instead of making their patients do the work. The only negative thus far is that I live 2 bridges away. He has support groups all over the San Francisco Bay Area, including my side of the bridges. The aftercare program consists of monthly support groups and some of the groups are so advanced that the patients have developed a support group within the support group, created their own website and the group leader(s) hosts events for other patients. Dr. Jossart was up front about the various surgeries, their risks, their challenges and their rewards. He let my daughter and I decide which surgery was best for us. I would give him a 10 but only God is perfect. So, I'll rank him 9.999999. I prefer both but will take surgical competence over bedside manner any day."
