OMG is that real?  This is crazy!! 

I put on a pair of size 18 pants today!!!

Whoo Hoo!!

Down from a 22!

This is me before surgery and then 1 1/2 months post op.  45 lbs down.

Can't really TELL, cuz I'm still wearing the big ass shirts, lol

 
I'm finally over the hump, YIPPEE!!!

Dang this has taken forever, I'm so happy I'm moving again.... let's hope I don't stall again, hee hee!!!

Been stuck between 200 & 204 for it feels like forever.

I charted my food yesterday and I ate 534 calories I believe, which is about 200 short of what my plan says.  *sigh*  I'm just not hungry!

Some say I'm in "starvation" mode, I don't know what to do.... I don't feel like I can physically eat any more food in one day, lol

We'll see :)

This is the magic number that I told people, if I ever get to 200 lbs, please shoot me.  Well no one did!  lol

So here I am, almost back into the 100's and I'm thrilled!  I can't remember being under 200lbs so this will be pretty cool!

 

Only 1 pound down :(  202 is the official weight.

Didn't walk much this last week due to cramps, so hopefully next week will be a better one.

I'm officially on the "real" diet now, as of today. 

This pouch thing keeps throwing me for a loop, like last night I made meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner.

Only had a tiny amount of each but then I always used to go back and lick the spoon on the potatoes and I COULDNT, I was FULL, lol  My body wouldn't let me do it.  It was a disappointment, lol  The dinner was so good though, haven't made meatloaf in ages and it was fabulous.  Gonna have it for lunch today too.  Get that protein in :)

I'm so happy it's Friday though, whoo hoo!!!!

   Today, one month ago I was a miserable patient, lol

Well, just did my 1 month post-op measurements etc

and I've lost:

42 pounds
13.75 inches!

I've slowed down lately as I've been severly constipated and have been trying to make myself "move" all weekend!  Slowly but surely it's happening but I feel as if I swallowed a gazelle!  This is nothing new to me, I always have had this issue, I slacked on my fiber stuff and I'm paying for it now.

Also, don't know if this is because of the trauma that surgery puts on ones body, but my period is late.  I was supposed to start I think Tuesday and STILL no Satan......  Is this normal?  So I'm sure I'm holding some water weight there as well.

Well, just wanted to share.  It's been a really hard month for trying to recover with my Mom problems, one of my beautiful turtles passed away and I aquired 2 new baby turtles, not to mention finances lost b/c of the surgery etc... so it's been a rough month but I stayed on track.  :)
