Hi Paula! You sure do a fantastic job as the Momma Angel!! I appreciate the way you remind us of the latest ones who need a post...I read your profile tonight and I enjoyed it. I was touched. I am a big gal also. 431 lbs. I also am on Medicare and have to self pay my surgeon. I have lots of ailments and can't wait untill I am healthy again. Take care and keep in touch.Leslie Elwood
