5 Months out and still feeling great. I am down to 182 lbs! So far that is a loss of 78 lbs! My size large clothes are starting to be loose, and I am in a size 13 pants from Reitmans. I still don't think I feel as small as I am, but I can see the change with the clothing. Going to have to get the wedding ring resized because it's almost falling off.Rhonda
