One week away from my 7 mth anniversary and I have only lost 5 lbs since my last post!! GRRR! I will keep telling myself this is great, and I am near my goal so things are bound to go slowly, at least this is not a stall or plateau BUT this is still frustrating!!! I am feeling great, starting to get comments about how I should stop losing now.... I'm getting too skinny.... etc. Gees, I have just made it into the overweight mark for my BMI , fcol. I hope everyone is still doing well as we go into our Christmas celebration time.Rhonda
