06-28-09Got to go to the DFW dinner last night at Joe's Crab Shack. It was go to see some familar faces and meet some new ones for me. I'm trying to retouch basis with my OH family.

Wow its been a really long time since i blogged or posted anything. I have been letting life get in the way, between working way to many hours, daughters senior year and training new highers. I have slipped back into some of my bad eating habits which I will be rectifying now. I have gained back around 10 pounds which I will loose, I was in shock this morning when I got back on the scale. Its a good thing that my daughter and I have a goal to do a 1/2 marathon on Nov 1st and maybe the full one on Dec 14th. I think its a good goal and it will be a good bonding experience.
