a plateau already?

So.... 5 days have gone by since my one week post op visit..... I went to the doctor again yesterday about my rash....that is still not going away..... and I've lost nothing! I really thought I would be losing steady for the first few weeks but.... 5 days and I'm still the same....and the first week I lost 10! I'm trying to not be discouraged though..i know it will come..... right?
