i am officially 4 months out from gastric sleeve surgery & i would do it all over again in a heartbeat! it has been a rollercoaster full of ups, downs, loops and upside downs and i can honestly, 100% say that this was the best thing i couldve done for myself. i started at 307 lbs! i am now at 235lbs. in only 4 months! i would not have been able to do that without my sleeve. i have had so many scale victories and non scale victories. i can cross my legs! i love that so much! i always loved shopping but now everything looks and feels so much better. i eat  and drink like anyone else just in much smaller portions. i go out with friends and enjoy the same foods. i go out for drinks and it does not bother my tummy. Even when i eat too fast and i get the stuckies or the foamies, i am still grateful for my sleeve.

i am also sooo grateful for OH and my OH family. you have been a tremedous part of my journey and success. the support and encouragement i receive from you guys on a daily basis is wonderful and amazing and incredible and i love you guys sooooo much!
