Ruth R.
I am a 44 year old grandmother with high blood pressure, an aching back and tired of being out of breath when I do any type of physical activity. I would love to be able to get down on the floor with my grandbabies and then be able to get up without help. People look at me and don't think I have much of a weight problem, but the scale never lies. I weighed in today at the surgeon's at 222.1; the most I have ever weighed. I have battled this war for over 15 years and I have tried every kind of diet on the market. They worked...for a short while but then I ended up gaining every pound that I had lost plus a few extra pounds. I mostly want to get off of all the medications. 3 pills a day for blood pressure, 2 pills a day for menapausal reasons, 1 pill for anitacid, 1 pill for my back problems and unfortunately, an antibiotic for a bladder infection that seems to keep repeating itself. I just want to be pill-free and healthy!!
