Well I do not have much to post only that I am only 5lbs from losing a 100lbs and only 15lbs from my goal weight. So everything is going good. I just wanted to add that i lost my grandfather on 01/18/2008 that was very hard for me but I know that he is in a better place and he is at peace. Now that was that now back to me I am wearing a size 16 pants and some lg or xtra lg shirts and I am wearing a Lg scrub shirt and pants at work I really have not been working out but i try to use the stairs at work and i walk alot at the hospital also I will keep everyone posted

Hey Everyone I Want Everybody to Know that I am under 200lbs I am down to 193Lbs now only 18lbs left before I meet my goal weight  I am wearing a size  16-18 now verse a 22-24 2008 is looking very promising can't wait until the summer of 2008 there will be more to come so stay tune

Hey everyone I went for my 6 months post-op appt today I have lost a total of 84lbs and 53% of weight I am so excited about all the weight lost I only have 26lbs left to go before I meet my goal but he said i will probably get down to 160 and check out my new pics

Sorry I have not post anything lately I have lost someone that is so Dear to me unexpectly I am having a haed time dealing with it. I lost my mother on 10/20/2007 and we buried her on 10/25/2007 I am lost so my oh family please  pray for me to help me with this ordeal that has happen in my life

Well i am 4 months post-op well actually tomorrow I am down to 221lbs I started at 285lbs so 64lbs down and I feel great. I had to cut my hair it started to shed alot I am taking the biotin tablets but i just wanted a hair cut which i love i know that i have not posted any pictrues lately i will soon i have to get me another digtal camrea. I went from wearing a size 24 to 18 now that is always a plus and i am wearing a x-large shirt from walmart  i have not wore that size in a long while just wanted to let everybody know that i am doing wonderful until next time 

I am three months post-op now I went to see my doctor on friday and everything is great I am down to 230lbs that is 55lbs gone I am doing great with the weight lost i will take some resent pioctures later i have been busy we found out that my grandfather has kidney cancer i have been very busy with him getting him to all his appointments so he can get ready for surgery so keep me and my family in your prayers

Well it has been a little over 2 months more closer to 3 months i am down to 42lbs and feeling great i go workout every morning  about 5am for about 45mins before work and i  have soo much energy . I went to see my kidney specialist  today and my kidneys are doing great but my blood pressure is still a little high we are working on that he change my blood pressure meds up little and add another to it so i hope this get better with time so i can come off all together until the next update

I went for my 6-weeks post-op check-up today I lost a total of 35 1/2 pounds and they said I lost 23% of my body fat and that iam on the right track and i will follow up in 6 more weeks

My time is almost up I am returning to work  on Monday  7/02/07 I am very excited about that it getting rather boring around the house

Today was my 1st post-op appt  I lost a total of 20lbs I thought thatwas to much but Dr. Lord said that I am right on target  I will see him again next month
