Lowest Weight Yet

My weight today at TOPS was the lowest I've been for a long, long time.

But.... I weighed the same in 1973 when I went to the hospital to deliver my daughter, 37 years ago yesterday, OMG whoever thought that I'd be happy to be that weight!!

But that was when I was 20, so it makes me realize that I can very likely really do this and get to the weight I was when I got married in 1972.

Wow!!

When I started this journey.....It was all I could do to get myself ready and go to my daughters for a meal that she prepared. Yesterday as I said was her birthday so we met her at the golf course for lunch, then I walked with them while they golfed 9 holes, then I ran and picked up groceries, and cooked dinner for 8 of us, while they golfed another 9 holes, and I still had lots of energy left over!!

What a fantastic gift this WLS has been...not only to myself but to everyone who loves me.
