Today I hit my first real goal 174lbs. So grateful for my sleeve.

Sorry that it has forever since i posted I decided to have vertical sleeve gastrectomy weight loss surgery on April 29th, 2013.   I am down  177lbs from a weight of 298lbs.

Wooo.........I been gone a whole month.  It has been a doosie too!!  I had a lot of ups and downs since Valentines day!  My eating got real crazy.....I went back up to 210lbs.......Help me Jesus!!  Well yesterday I decided to take a food break!  I had some meal replacement shakes so for a couple of days I just want to not think about what I am going to eat and in the mean time I am gonna be praying to God for wisdom as I ease back into eating.  Praying for balance and control with my eating and Consistency with my exercise.  I have been doing exercise 5 times a week for about three weeks.  I stopped weighing everyday that was derailing me.  I feel great today!

I am gonna post a new YOUTUBE video in a few days..........maybe a jeans update if they are fitting any better.

OK so I have had ten bad days!!  Too food focused!!!  Eating out of habit, boredom, and emotions!!!  Bad, bad, bad!!!  I am refocused this morning and moving forward.  I got rid of my scale by leaving it at church.  So the only time I can weigh is on Sunday morning.  I got so upset when the scale did not move for two weeks!  So over the last ten days I have probably gained ten pounds!!!!!  Oh well.....back on track now.  Praise the Lord!!!  PMS also did not help!!!

Ok.....so again I have not updated in a long time!  I am now 195.4lbs!  I would like to lose about 20 more pounds.  But I am not really exercising right now so it may be awhile before i get to goal.  I am going to check out the YMCA and their prices since they have childcare.

Ok so it's been a LONG time.  I am sorry I was around the same weight for a few months.  My church is on the Daniel Fast right now so  dropped the holiday weight plus ten more!  I think the last weight I posted here is 205lbs.........I am now 197!!!!  Onderland!!!!!  Praise the Lord!!!

I am so sorry that I have not posted in a while but I was having some struggles and the scale was not moving.  I got a little discouraged.  Anyway scale this am was 205.6lbs, so close to onderland.  I am NOT gonna focus on that though, that got me in trouble last month!!!  Blessings to all!!

Sorry I forgot to post because of my birthday fun!  Well on Saturday I hit 208lbs!!!!!!   I upped my water.  I feeling great!!

WATER, WATER, WATER.........whew so important.  This morning I was 212lbs!!!!  I increased my water and refocused on the plan.  I am so excited about what God is doing!  Hope all is well with u!!  Happy losing!!

Stall......stalll........stallll!!!!!!!!  Plateau........plateau!!!!!!  Sucks.....thats all i got to say!!!
