OK............period over!    Drum roll please......................weight this morning 214lbs!!!  Glory to God!  I am so excited.  I have several things in a regular size 14!!!!   How great is that!!  At the end of May 2009 this year, I was 275lbs and in a 24w!  Now size 14!!!  God is so good!

Ok................so I am still on my period.  At my last weigh in I was 215lbs.  Wow just think at the end of May, I was 275-280lbs?  OM Gosh!!!!!  I feel great!!!  I am off one of my BP meds!  Praise the Lord!!!  I went walking this am and got caught in the rain.  I enjoyed it though!

I am doing GREAT!!!!!!!  I weighed 215lbs!!!!!!!!  this am!  Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!  In this pic I have on size regular 18 jeans and they are falling off of me!!!!  YAY!!!

Hello all my wonderful brothers and sisters!  I am 218lbs!!!!!  Glory to the Most High!!  I am doing great and feeling great!!!  Peace to all of you!  Happy losing!!

PS  I want to give a sample day of what I eat:

B - 1 pk of instant oatmeal with butter,sugar, and AS and a slice of toast

L - Bowl of tomatoes with balsamic vingar and some couple of slices of turkey and a pudding cup

S - Chips and a ice cream bar

D - Boiled chicken thigh w/skin, 1/2 cup egg noodles, one pc. toast

Good Morning all!!  This am I was 220lbs!!!!  At first when I got up this am I was swollen  and 221lbs.  But the swelling went down so did my weight......

Hi!  Well it has been a few days.  I was 221lbs this am.  I was very emotional today!  I did not get much sleep.  The baby spends most nights kicking me in the back or stomach, then it is up at 5:45a.m. with the oldest for school.  Well that is what coffe is for!!  Blessings to u all!!

Period was over yesterday and I am....222lbs this am.  Glory to God!!!!

No change and I am starting my cycle so I guess I will update again when there is a change.  I am doing great.  Alot of people around me are becoming inspired by my weight loss.  They keep me accountable because I don't want them too get discouraged.  I love you guys.  Remember always be willing to forgive yourself!

Had an awesome day today!!  Made some yummy beef short ribs!  I still weighed 224lbs this am.  That is ok with me!  I am bloated my period is due to start in about 5-6 days.  Every Sunday I am like the center of attention as far as my weightloss goes.  That is ok too especially if I am able to help some of my other sisters out who are struggling with their weight.  Happy losing to all!!

 

Hi!!  It has been a minute since I updated.  This am I was 225lbs!!!  That is so awesome.  Glory to God.  I am down about 60lbs!  Happy Losing!!
