Aunt Flo came with a vengence!!! My appetite and sugar cravings went crazy!!!!!!!! I am getting back on track today......no pouting!!! God bless you all, hope everyone had the best Christmas. I hope everyone else stayed on track.

WHEW..........I had a great Christmas. I enjoyed the portion of family that got to come. My food turned out great. It was just really nice. I ate what I wanted but didn't overeat. However I did graze just a little. Can't wait to weight tommorrow and see what it says. I will let you know.....Be blessed and be careful!!!

WoooooooooHooooooooo!!!! This morning I weighted in at ......248#!!!!!!!! I give God praise!!! I have not seen the 240's since my 2 yr old was born!!!!
I went to Macy's and caught a great sale found a jacket exactly like one I bought in October then it was a 22W but the one I bought tonight was 16W. Wow!!!!!

Still at 251#. Hey I can't complain I lost weight during Thanksgiving! I also know that Aunt Flow is coming in a week! I'll post again at the end of the week hopeful with good news! Merry Christmas!!!

Okkkkkk.........Here i am at 251#.......come on two pounds from the 240's!!!!! I am doing great! Bp is down and staying down. i feel good. It feels awesome to be losing during the holidays. All praise be to God for His goodness and mercy!

Well I'm down another two pounds so I am 252# today Woo hooo!!! I have not seen this weight in six months. I am still getting wanting to see them 240's. Then I will feel like I am losing.....(I have not seen 240# since my two year old was born!!!) Hope everyone has a great day.

Well Aunt Flo finally left!!! LOL!! I am hanging around the 254# mark. I am so ready to see the 240's. I don't think that I will really see that I am losing until then. Of course I would probably already be there if I was exercising! At this point in my life it just seems impossible to find time and to do it in a safe manner. We have a fitness center that I love in the complex where I live but late at night is usually when I have time. So of course going down there by myself is not safe. Oh well, God will make a way. I am feeling great. TTFN!!

Still hanging around the 257-256# mark but i am on my period. No matter I love the way I feel and I pay attention when i eat something compulsively or something after i am full i feel bad----my tummy does not feel good. I like that feeling because it reminds me that i don't won't to feel like that. I will weight again Monday or Tuesday. Had a wow moment.....People are noticing my weight loss especially in my face. TTFN!!!

Whewwwwww! Home from the big Thanksgiving trip enjoyed seeing everyone. Don't think I eat too much, however I came home with SO many leftovers. Hope everyone had an awesome holiday! I'll weigh on Monday or Tuesday!!
