I'm doing good down another 3 pounds! I can not wait to get out of the 250's!!! Feeling great b/p running close to normal.. Increased appetite today but as expected PMS!!!!

Still fat and fabulous and still losing.....Had a great day! Went to church and after took the kids to Chuck E Cheese's, they had a blast. I did not even want the pizza......I had the salad bar and was really satisified. Thank You God for giving me control through Your Holy Spirit All Praise be to YOU forever and ever. Amen!

Feeling great......And starting to look better in my clothes!!! I am leaning on Jesus and trusting in His Holy Spirit. I am so excited about getting my b/p down to normal and not being at risk for diabetes.
This is saturday so it is laundry and housework.........TTFN!!
