I knew this was going to happen!!! uuugggh

Ok so i loooveee this site i am on it daily just reading and learning and making friends. Going threw before and after pics and being soooo amazed and excited.   Ok The problem:   So when i came home from my psyche-eval i was going through allll the info they had given me and i found a form i was working on when they had called me in.  I live an hour away from office so i mailed it in thinking i was being efficent because i didnt want to slow down the process.  well its been 3 weeks and sure enough i got a call Today  from the admin nurse telling be i am missing that form....i made a copy (Thank God) and will fax in today and she said she would submitt it to medical group today and it would still be two to three weeks before i get a date.....anyways i am kinda sad thats it will take so long.....thanks for listening....just needed to get that out....
