One Month Out already!!!

WOW how time has flown by.  I am one month out today.  Surgery went well I went into surgery on Tues the 18Th at 9:45am and was out by 10:45am i went into recovery and was in my room by 1:45pm.  I am so fortunate both my mom and dad were there and very supportive.  I came home on Thur afternoon in Lil pain but all was really well.  I had been walking about a mile a day at this point.  I went back to work that following Tues the 25Th.  All was well still on liquids and losing pretty consistently.  I got my stitches out on the 31st .  All is healing well and looking good.  I went back to the gym about a week later just to make sure I was healed and all was closed.  I am down 35 I am so excited. I will check my measurements on at the beginning of the month I will post then.  I am up to amount 4 miles day and lifting at least 5 days a week.  I am so excited and I am feeling great. People are really starting to notice the difference.  will post new pics soon!
