Fell 2x in one day

On Friday, I notice water leaking from the washing machine.  I ended up falling on the tile floor 2x.  I am soooo sore.  It hurts to get up from the chair or commode.  Oh well, such is life.  It have been worse.  I already walk with a cane, and I have a mobility scooter and a power chair.  I need to start taking my calcium daily.
