Dr Provost

I went to Dr Provost's office last Wednesday.  They were so shocked about my change in appearance.  They all came out to look at me.  There should be a new pic behind the scale on the wall of fame.  I did tell them I have lost quite a bit of hair.  They suggested I take Biotin daily.  I bought some at Walmart.  I will keep you posted to see if it works.  I was also told the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Crystals would have to be stopped and I was changed to Calcium Citrate.  Oh well, money down the old drain.  Went to lunch after the appt, and they went to the hospital to have bloodwork done.  I swear they took a pint of blood.  I haven't heard the results yet.  I look totally different now, but I still feel huge.  My husband has lost over 200 lbs, and he says he still feels huge, too.  I guess it will always be in the back of your mind.
