Way to long...

So it has been YEARS since I have visited or posted to this site and I feel like I have backslided.  Not too bad but bd enough for me to feel like a failure in my own eyes and heart.  I have had some major setbacks after having my VSG back in 2012...but I know that I am stronger because I have overcome them.

I feel like it is time for me to get back to me and start getting back to getting healthy for me again.  I don't have the support at home to continue the journey that I started so I am in this alone and the struggle is real people!!!  Especially on top of the stress of work and completing my Master's amongst life in general...
