Hi, I'm 27 days from surgery and one week (out of 8 weeks) into the 'soft protein' stage of my post-op diet. I'm not allowed to have veggies, fruits, or grains currently, and I'm at a loss of how to spice up my diet. Only one week and I'm bored already
