Each bottle has 20g of protein (Whey Isolate), 90 cals, zero fat, zero sugar & only 1g of carbs. The flavor is fruity & refreshing, with no off-putting aftertaste. I also liked the fact that, unlike most protein "water" on the market, this one from Premier Protein doesn't have that weird, gelatinous texture. It's relish at room temp, even better chilled. If you haven't tried it yet, you should. I look forward to trying all the flavors!"
