5 Months Out

Well guys...It has been 5 months since my rebirth and I feel great. This journey will take you thru a couple of UPS and DOWNS but remember there is a method to the madness. Well I am 241 lbs...that is 92 lbs gone forever. Can you believe it? 92 lbs. I find it hard to believe when I hear myself saying it. I had my checkup with my surgeon last week and he said that I was doing great. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to be down 100 lbs by the time I went to see him. Than I started thinking...ARE YOU CRAZY? ARE YOU SERIOUS? How can you be disappointed in a 92 lb weight loss.(well last week it was 87 lbs) but still...how can you be disappointed? I don't ever remember losing that much weight...EVER. So I am happy for the weight loss. I feel great...I look good. I am getting compliments left and right. It's been a long time since someone outside of my family complimented me on the way I look. My Swagga is sick... Anyway...have a great day.
