A strong, knowledgeable and experienced support group will be essential in helping you to be successful.

This group is open to anyone at any stage of their WLS (weight loss surgery) journey. Whether you are newly contemplating or have already had bariatric WLS (weight loss surgery) this group is for you.

Having successfully undergone radical weight loss through Gastric Bypass Surgery myself, I am confident that this support group will be of great benefit to all who participate.

My goal is to not only help you with your decision to increase your weight loss but to also assist you in keeping the weight off after your surgery. This you will achieve through ongoing support, encouragement, healthy lifestyle modifications and fitness.  This group will provide you with first hand experienced support to help you to succeed through your journey with support and resources specifically for bariatric WLS (weight loss surgery) patients.  Even with the aid of gastric bypass surgery, weight loss is not always easy.

Please allow me the privilege of sharing my experiences and resources with you to help you in building you own successful weight loss story.

Making the decision to have life changing gastric bypass surgery is a big step and can be very scary at times. We will help in providing a strong support system before and after the surgery.  Having someone on your side that understands your daily demons is very important to your success. Now you have access to a strong support system of people who truly understand what you’re going through on a daily basis.

We are currently looking for a location to host our meetings.  Preferably central to Oshawa, Whitby and Ajax.  If you have any ideas for location please let me know.
