Ok, so I am now 1 month out and down 16 lbs since surgery.  All is going well, my biggest issue is not getting all my water - I am still at 48 oz, I just cant seem to get more down.  Still excited and waiting, the weight loss seems pretty slow but I guess 4 lbs per week is still very good.  I have lost 40 lbs total since our q&a the last week of December.
