I love the gym!!

So I thought I would never say this but tonight I LOVED THE GYM!!!!  Tonight I did 16 min on the elptical, five miles on the bike and ran/walked a half mile in seven minutes.  I think I could have done more but I am at the tail end of having bronchitus  so still coughing and short of breath at times had to hit the inhaler while was at the gym. Damn do I feel good!!!  Just a quick reflection just 10 months ago I could not even do five minutes on the eliptical and look how far I have come!!! I gotta give myself a pat on the back!!!
