Hello 2 my OH Family...I had my 6 month post op appt...I'm down 26 lbs, I was suppose to be down 30 lbs. My doctor was happy with my progress. He said I should be anywhere form 25 lbs. to 30 lbs. He said I'm doing well. When I go back for my 1 year post op; he want me down another 25 to 30 lbs. I'm now weighing in at 193 lbs. It feels great. God is good. I went from wearing 24w to 16w,14w pants and 3x to XL, L on top. It feels good family. Well, I'm getting ready to go to the gym...You all have a blessed weekend...I'll put new pics on my page soon...God bless always...
