Hi my OH Family, well I'm down to 148 lbs. I'm trying to maintain my weight. When I had my 1 year post op appointment my doctor wanted me to maintain 162 lbs... I hope I stop losing weight, funny, that's not something I'm use to saying. I feel great...I'll keep you all posted. God bless always.
