I am 37 years old and have been gaining weight since I was 20. I was never heavy as a kid. When I graduated high school I weighed 108 lbs. Now I am triple that amount. I was blessed with a great metabolism that decided to switch on me once I started introducing babies to it. I have tried every diet under the sun and am really sick of being fat. I am going to make this work for me and have back my self - esteem.
I have recently divorced and so am now a single mother of four. I have a son who is 11, and three daughters, 9, 7 & 4. I am a full time student trying to get my degree in accounting.
I look forward to this journey and in establishing some great friendships.
