Well 12 =weeks post and feeling better every day.Have lost over 21kg (46.86lb).I am starting to see adifference but still consider myself fat! Until i loose another 14kg and get to 70kg i will always see myself as the fat girl.I know that sounds silly but thats how i feel.People who have not seen me in 3 years dont see a difference as i weighed this weight then! Then there ae othe rpeople who notice the loss and make you feel good about your self.I am abit of an impatient person and i want the results now!! It kills me knowing it will probably be another 12 weeks before i see another major change.Oh well shouldnt whinge im going down not up!!
My husband makes me laugh, he asked when was i going to loose my gut!! God they have no idea, its not as though i choose to loose weight every where else , im guessing my stomach is going to be a work in progress.I am about to start doing pilates so it may help!
I now have skinny legs and a fat waist a bit uneven but better than being fat all over
