Had my blood drawn for diabetes and cholesterol test. I have to say my PCP has been great through this. He doesn't think a person should have to be prove they are overweight and would benefit from the surgery. He thinks I should qualify with just my height and weight. Too bad he isn't the one deciding if the insurance will pay or not. But anyway, waiting to hear from Dr. Hornbostel's office. Hoping they got the paperwork and have called the insurance company. Crossing my fingers and hoping to hear from them (get my packet in the mail) by next Monday.

Called Dr. Hornbostel's office. they didn't get the paperwork so I faxed it again and mailed it Priority mail w/delivery confirmation to their office.

Went to group consultation with Dr. Hornbostel. Faxed my info. to his office when I got home and got it together.
