I am feeling wonderful,I still have absolutely NO REGRETS. My RNY has changed my life. I have been at yet another stall for about a month now. Seems as though this is the way my body has chosen to react to all of the changes that I have put it through. I have been averaging about 10-15 pound loss every 6-7 weeks. Then nothing for another 6-7 weeks. I have accepted this as how things will be. I no longer drive myself crazy with the stalls and the scale.I have lost 89 pounds to date. 89 POUNDS IN 8 1/2 MONTHS!! I would have never imagined that I would ever again see under 200 pounds let alone under 175.
As I have read so many times... The only regret that I do have .... That I didn't do this sooner.
