My very best wishes to you for a safe and successful surgery and recovery. May all of your sweetest dreams come true. My husband and I both had open rny's in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs!! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!

Hi Tina!! Congratulations!! I am having my surgery tomorrow and here is what my friends have told me to take to the hospital: Chapstick, lots of undies, a pair of pajama pants or sweatpants, socks, slip-on slippers, my own toiletries, a small electric fan, some magazines, and a robe. Also, I'm taking my own pillow!!

Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile.
