ok, so why is it, that my first set (same speed, same grade same number of minutes) I only burned 94 minutes, second set 200 minutes.

Please Explain METS to me.....the records on here are incomplet

So we got a treadmill and I am going 2.4 mph, it has about a %3 grade....the closest thing I could find on the MET list is this. It either has 2.4 and counts it as slow to moderate pace or counts it as 3.8 and Brisk. So my question is.....do i go by the MPH or the effort? Here is what I found that is the closest....but they don't even have a straight out Treadmill activity......HELLPP *LOL* Sorry for being a pain in the butt....but I don't know who else to ask.

Amy's Menistronie soup is flavorless and nothing but mush in soup. Anyone have any other suggestions for Ministronie soup, that is low cal and high protein?

Deanna just got us Classic Perfect Zone chocolate mint bars and they are Sooooo Yummmy carbs are 24 though, but it has 14 grams of Protein and 210 calories (a little morecalories then I like to spend on a snack, but....) we'll see how the day ends up.

My Weight Loss

Today I weighed myself and came in at 365.2 which is a 13 pound loss. My BMI came down from around 63 to around 62. I know it's a small victory, but it is a victory none the less.
