Well hello , Thought I would give a Update , Still Living in Oklahoma with Mark , when I moved here I was 119 pounds, in the last 4 years I have put on 40 pounds "YIKES"  Because Mark cooks Great !!   In the Last 3 months I have Lost 21 pounds of the 40 I gained by Working out and drinking more water ..." STOKED" I still want to loose 10 more pounds , However I do not want to get back to 119 or to 96 pounds again , That was 2 Skinny for me .....I guess I really never said in my Previous Post even from the Beginning of all this ...That I had gained most of my Weight in the last 5 years of my Marriage  due to being depressed and I hated my Life  ( Now Divorced of course )  I am 7 years out since Surgery , I do not Dump hardley any more , BUt when I do eat something that does not agree  I pass out and just sleep , I call it going into coma lol.....I CAN NOT drink Milk, so Now I started taking Viactive Carmel Chews 2x a day for my
Calcium, I still have Anemia, and when my Iron levels get to low Boy do I know it...I started taking Prenatal Vitamins  because there full of Iron, and I sure do not want to drink Liquid Iron """Talk about Nasty """ and my Doctor wants me to drink Liquid because it asorbs faster in the blood stream..

Well now that I found my Sight Again :)  and rememberd my Password I will be back with more updates

wow , I was doing a web  search on the net  on my name , and came accross my sisters  obesity sight because she had my name in it ,  so I sent for my password to this sight and wala here I am  :)  Guess I should post a updated picture in here , in 6 years I have Gained 40 pounds back of my 180 pound weight loss ...I now Live in Oklahoma , I moved here in 2006, I got divorced in 2004 ....I guess you can read my profile .

its been 13 years now since my WLS 

I have maintained my weight loss, I weigh at a good weight of 140 lbs, I need to lose 10 pounds due to weight gained since I have quit smoking .. I had a hysterect

omy in 2011 due to sever anemia because of the WLS 

but since the hysterectomy everything is so much better my iron levels are good and I have some anemia but not as bad as it was , it was so bad that I had to get 3 units of blood in 2010 due to bleeding everyday for 6 months ,my hemoglobin was at 4 at the time of the blood transfusion,

3 months later I got a hysterectomy , that was my only option to stop the bleeding

I have gotten married again, October 14,2013

Wow it has been a while since I updated in here , 1st of all my sister is doing very well now : )
well I am maintaining my weight between 119 to 125 , not having any problems here , just glad I will never be large again

I found a new Drink that I can have now , It is Sunny Delight in a sodo bottle it is non carbonated and caffeine Free , it has 30 grams of sugar in it , I guess it is natural sugar because I can drink it just fine without getting sick.

I have been    on a daily bases again , not to loose any more weight , just to get toner ..........geeze will be 39 in just a few days !! I have no loose skin , I am very happy about that

Dont have anyone special in my life just yet , I am still having a problem with all the comment's I get , how pretty u are , the body language yata yat yata, Just wish people would notice a persons charm and personality and whats inside . and not want to talk to u just for your looks . don't know who is the real thing and who is just a player ...so here is what I do ( my gosh telling my secret * wink** wink* ) those who I think are the real deal , I send them to this sight ( witch is very few ) and if they dont run away after reading about me than woo hooo I might have someone special in my life accept me for who I was and who I am now

I dont tell anyone anymore about my surgery , it is really noones business , I had surgery to get healthy because I have tried everything else to loose weight witch was legal ( Humor there )

I do get emails on the surgery wanted to know more information about it , I direct them to this sight ...to get all the information they need .

I lost alot of friends due to this surgery , one I had for 19 years , she simply said I dont want to be seen with a skinny person , but yet she goes and get a massive boob job ( she was already large enough ) when instead she should have done this and she would have been more healthy.who am I to judge

so I work and stay home and pay attention to what I need to do in my life , I dont go to bars I dont drink , I dont drink soda's I dont eat fast food and I damn sure can not eat hamberger ,

I hear about people who have had this surgery who just go right back out there and start drinking soda's boozing it up, doing the same stuff they was doing before the surgery .....I dont get it

My surgery cost way to much to go backwords and was way to painful....I try to eat right , get proper rest and I am good to go

Sure I have my down days , but that is part of it ...

I am at my goal weight and plan on staying there and boy it was a struggle getting back to it when I dropped all the way to 96 pounds at 96 pounds I was very pale people said I looked old and sick my eyes where sunk in . but .....yep there is always a but , if for any reason I get depressed and I just forget to eat I can drop 10 pounds within 2 days just like that , so that is where Proper rest , Proper Diet , and staying focused and staying on Track comes in , and NO DRAMA I try to stay away from all drama ,

I have been using Advance Colida Silver , The silver water heals whatever is wrong with the blood and it keeps me from being sick , I know it works, I swear by it ........I started Taking Colida August 2004 to help with my tiredness and regulate my monthlys and stop my stomach from hurting ( Gallbladder ) because I was way to skinny , I went almost 3 months without taking it and it cost me a trip to the emergency room because I thought it was all in my head , but no I have to have the Colida , I start out taking a swallow from the bottle everyday for a week or 2 than I only take a swallow every 3 days . It helps me alot.

Happy New Years Everyone !!!
well starting out my new year still doing good on weight loss, doing good on my vit, staying on track , Have no man in my life , and not dating anyone , Went to the club lastnight first time at my old stomping Grounds in what 16 years , well last time I was there was in 1989, was a wierd experience , Getting to old for all the dancing and stuff, Think i will just keep doing what I been doing , work and stay home , well untill next update ! : }

WOW been a long time since I update , I met the most wonderful man in my Life on Jan 28, 2006 , The man I will be spending the rest of my life with , I have since Moved to Oklahoma......I will update more at a later time , and tell you all about my 3 year update and try to put the photos in here , but they are in my Yahoo Page already , and I will tell you about the man of my dreams another time , but I am holding at a weight bettween 119 and 125 , it goes back and forth , I am in size 3 and 4s can wear a 6 at times depends on the jeans , my Iron levels are ok , some foods still disagree ...........well thats all for now ........untill next time
