I just wanted to pop in & say thank you to everyone for your well wishes & kind words of encouragement.. I am very anxious & nervous but at the same time thrilled & excited to have the chance at a new & healthy life. There were many years when I was just the right weight & I felt great being the size I am supposed to be, but after the birth of 2 children & a hysterectomy the weight just started packing on & I have not been able to get rid of it.. I have seen the world from both sides of the spectrum & I much prefer the healthier one.. My only fear that is something will go wrong during or after the surgery.. my guess is that those of you who have undergone this procedure know the feeling.. That is why your words of encouragement mean so much as does your advice & sharing your experiences.. Again, THANK YOU... Anne

I wanted to congratulate you on your upcoming surgery!!! I'm sure you are doing a happy dance accompanied by some "NERVES"!!! Don't worry be happy, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope everything goes well and you are up and out and about real soon!!!

anne- thank you for the kind words--i have surgery on tuesday and i have been on the rollercoaster of emotions the past few days. i am very excited!! = ) this evening i am trying to relax and reading all the encourgement is giving me a sense of being calm!! i will keep ya posted on the days to follow. again thank you, hugz, gale
