I just read your post and wanted to say a few things. First of all, I hope that your friend changes her attitude because you can use her support but if she doesn't, it's her loss. You are doing this for you. Having your daughter's support should be a tremendous help. My family was leary at first but now my son and husband are both trying to get approved for themselves! I started at 342 and just made it to onderland this week. I got rid of most of my meds and no longer have sleep apnea. I can't say enough good things about this surgery, (I had the RNY in May,08) I am sending good thoughts and prayers your way. We will scoot on over and make room for you on the loser's bench next week. God bless.
