I like Dr. Gorospe very much. Him and his office staff are great people, very helpful. Although their office is very busy and it is a very long wait to get into see him once you are in his office, I was there for about 3 hours before I was seen.

I liked the entire staff at his office, they are very busy, but they have been very nice and friendly. No matter how many calls i made they were always the same. Dr. Gorospe seems very interested in his job and dedicated to his patients.I resurched this for nearly a year, and any un answered ?? I had was answered on the day of consult. People ask about all the pre-op screenings, well i am glad that he has you to do them, that way there are no surprises that could had been forseen.

My first impression of Dr. Gorospe is how the heck can this man know anything about being over weight. But as he talked and I got to know him more I realized he knew more than I gave him credit for with my first impression, he is a credit to his profession. His office staff is very dedicated. I guess what I like least about Dr. G was he seemed always in a rush, not enough time with me, that is because of his over booking but still I would have liked more time with him to explain more about what was going on with me. Any future patients of his should know he is a wonderful surgeon I trusted him with my life and ya know what this man GAVE ME LIFE, I really had no life before Dr. G and his miracle surgery. He knows his business so to say, and he now has lightened his work load by bringing in another surgeon whom may I say is quite great also Dr. Bosques. As far as him addressing the risks of surgery he tells everything and stresses the points on which may or could be dangerous. Like not eating two days before surgery liquids only because there is a risk of damaging the liver. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate Dr. Gorospe a 10, he is very competent in his work and his beside manner is great also. Overall I would recomend him to anyone.

I first met Dr. Gorospe at the WLS support meeting. He was very personable and even spoke with patients after the meeting was over. My initial appointment was the same week. The office is crowded and busy and the first consult is fairly quick. However, I was able to speak to both Dr. Gorospe and Dr. Bosquez and I feel they are very capable and competent surgeons. I believe that their surgical expertice is worth the wait in their small office space.

Dr. Bosquez is highly intelligent in this field of work and he is very personalable. He takes his time with you and isn't rushed and answers every question and always trys to give a visual to help explain. My incision is looking wonderful too and he came to see me in the hospital and had wonderful bedside manners. I really like him, he seems sincere.

he was very concerned and caring.great staff. one nurse has had the surgery.he's very busy , but answered all my questions.hosts a monthly support group open to the public, attendance of one meeting is required before surgery. 11 months after surgery i still enjoy going to the support group .can't recommend him highly enough.

I used Dr. Bosquez. He has the best bedside manner. I just really took a liking to him. He listens to you and although he is busy he doesn't appear to be rushed. His surgical skill is top notch, my scar is very thin and neat. My personal experience with him was great. His office is with Dr. Gorospe and they are swamped beyond belief and sometimes you may feel lost in the crowd, but Dr. Bosquez does his best to give you his attention.

Dr G provides a wealth of written information which was valuable for review when wondering, now what was it he said? He provides detailed surgical information, a wonderful care map of what will occur day by day, and extensive aftercare instructions.

Very friendly staff...understanding about needs/wants...non-judgemental.

Dr. Bosquez and Dr. Gorospe are both wonderful, and their staff all seems very nice and helpful especially Michelle who is the contact person at their office. She is available to you 24 hours a day to just talk if needed and to answer any questions. She is a former patient of Dr. G's and so she understands how you fell. I think that they are very busy and that the limit their time, but both seem very capable and are very honest and up front about the dangers invovled in the surgery. I also feel that they take every pecaution to make sure that the risk are greatly reduced. No matter which on of them does my surgery I feel that I am in excellent hands. They have a very structe after care program and they require that you attend support group meetings before and after the surgery. Just one more thing when you go for the consult it is a group thing and the office gets very crowded, it is very small and when you met one on one with one of the doctors they are quick to get you through, but they have also spent 2 to 3 hours already explaing everything and answering your questions,but they still ask if you have anymore questions.
