Dr. Gorospe is a very personable Dr. that puts you at ease in his presense. He understands your problems and give you assurance. His staff is efficent and seemed to be well trained, plus the key people are former patients that understand where you have been, are now and where your wanting to go. He is very busy and the wait for a surgery date is a little long but should be worth the wait. Would send my friends to him in an instant. They have a support group, and stress aftercare.

Dr.Gorospe is the BEST!!!! If you need to understand anything he will do his best to help you. His office staff is terrific as well. When we had our first meeting I was reasured of his knowledge right away.Any questions you may possibly have I am sure he or one of his staff can help you find the answers you are looking for.

In the begining like probably everyone else I was very skeptical. After consulting with Dr. Gorospe in the initial appointment, I began to feel comfortable almost from the time he walked into the exam room. From there it was down hill all the way. His staff was caring from the very begining. There was always someone on the other end of the phone, no matter when I felt I had to call. They were and still are always willing to answer questions even at 7 months post op.

My insurance carrier is United health care, I was approved within 3 days of the dr's office faxing the necessary documents.

The best way that I can describe this entire experience, is I dont have anything negitive to say. From the begining Dr. Gorospe explained everything in terms that I could understand. He told me from begining to end what would happen, how I would feel, and what he expected from me to recover the quickest.

My first impression of Dr. Gorospe....was what a compassionate man. You can look in his eyes and know that he cares for you and he is very easy to talk to. He is always willing to answer and questions I may have. The office staff...well most are very nice..I guess everyone has a bad day now and then. I would definately refer people to Dr. Gorospe he is my knight! They offer aftercare although I chose to utilize a support group here in Missouri and Gorospe is in Oklahoma.

I really loved Dr. Gorospe. I met him at the support group meeting on 4-10-00, and I just loved him. He seems so caring and dowm to earth. Not exactly what you would think of a surgeon. I expected him to be impersonal like most of them are. I am so pleased with him. I had my initial appointment on 4-12-00. I got my insurance approval just 3 days after my ins. co. received the letter from Dr. Gorospe's office.
Now that I am 20 months post-op I can truely say that Dr. Gorospe is a gift from God. There is no other explaination for him. He really does work miracles. I am at 150 lbs. and that is a total weight loss of 125. lbs. almost half of me is gone for good!!!!

Dr. Gorospe is a wonderful man, My first impression of him was that I knew he cared about his patients and wanted to help all he could with sharing all the information about the surgery. The staff at the office is wonderful and very much down to earth. There is nothing I can think of that I like least about Dr. Gorospe. I think future patients need to know that Dr. Gorospe will inform you of everything he's doing. He's does everything in excellence! Nothing half done nothing half said. Know that he is the best Dr. to put your trust in. I Rate Dr. G. #1 on this side of Heaven!!.

DR. G VERY NICE & PLESANT, I HAVE ONLY WENT TO MY CONSULT, IVE DECIDED TO USE DR.G'S ASSISTANT DR. BASQUEZ. HE SEEMS VERY NICE & KNOWLEDGEABLE, HE SCHEDULING SURGERIES BEGINNING IN MARCH. DR. B SPOKE AT THE SUPPORT GROUP LAST NIGHT AND I REALLY FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HIM DOING MY SURGERY. I FEEL THAT IF DR. G ENDORSES HIM I FEEL SAFE & CONFIDENT OF HIS ABILITY TO CARE FOR ME.

My first impression of Dr. Gorospe was very good. He was thorough in explaining the procedure and seemed very willing to stay and answer all my questions. My impression of the office staff is also the same. I admit I haven't had a lot of contact with them, however they have been nice and informative when I do call.

Dr. Gorospe is a Great Surgen and a Wonderful Person. He will treat you like a Person and a Friend and not like just another
patient.
He is very caring and takes your health first. He canceled my first surgery because of a simple infected boil. He takes No Risk!!
If you want the best, HE IS IT!!
