I went to see Dr. Ganser on August 13th and brought my Mom. Dr. Ganser has a bedside manner that is pleasant and kind. He doesn't make you feel rushed when asking questions. I think he really put my Mom at ease with his demeanor and his knowledge. I have met Karen, who is the surgical co-ordinator and she is a wonderful little dynamo who has also had this surgery and I feel is fully committed to helping people through this journey. I don't think there was anything I didn't like about the experience, which is saying a lot for me because usually doctors just piss me off. He informed me of the risks but really focused on the benefits for me and my life. If I had to choose between surgical competence and bedside manner I would choose competence any day, but in this case I don't have to make that choice thank God.....I have it all!!
P.S. Dr. Ganser is a total hottie as well!!!

My first impression of Dr. Ganser was wonderful. He's friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable. He talks to you at your level, and goes over every aspect of the surgery with you. Answers any questions you have, and doesn't leave until your satisfied and comfortable. Doesn't rush thru. Very nice. Makes sure any questions or fears you have are answered and reassured. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very educated, and very empathetic to my needs.

The office staff was friendly, and handled all the paperwork to my insurance company. I got an approval in 2 months.

Dr Ganser was VERY nice and informative. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and a much needed change from the Las Vegas group I started this road with. He does not require unneccesary lab work, numerous preop appoinments, and you get to meet him the very first time through the door. I would be hesitant of any program you cannot meet the surgeon in private right from the get go. Also he is a skilled surgeon in Laproscopic which of course reduces healing time considerably. His other patients have had comparably easier recoveries than other surgeons I have researched. Aftercare is important as with any other program, but he does not make the experince so scary.

Dr. Ganser was very nice and caring. He answered all of my quesions and was very sympathetic to my weight problem. He emphasized the importance ot the life time changes and reviewed all the risks of surgery. I would reccommed him to anyone considering surgery. Today was my consultation appointment with him. Now I am waiting for insurance approval.

Office staff was very friendly also.

He looked very young but was very knowlegdeable about the surgery.

I am amazed at the wonderful job he did for me. I have had minimal problems.

I highly recommend Dr Ganser.
