Had the seminar with him. He is very professional and dedicated to helping people with weight loss. He is well qualified. He teaches other doctors how to do bariatric surgery and this is all he does now and has done over 8000. His office staff is really nice and helpful.
I started out with Dr. Luttrell and I liked him fine, but due to circumsstances out of my control, I had to change to Dr. Ozment. I have heard a lot of positive things about him....but will not get to meet him until 7/25, day before surgery.
had surgery in 1988 so i do not remember a lot only that him and all his staff were very professional and caring.
As far as I know,there is no better person in the world than Dr. Kerry Ozment.My first impression of him has remained the same over time.His office personnel is exceptional,especially Madelyn.Absolutely a delight to work with.I cant think of anything that I didnt like about him.He was very patient in answering mine and my families questions.He truly is a blessing sent from God to help people like me.He has a structured aftercare program and is understanding on so many different levels.He was very thourough when he did his initial consultation.I would rate his overall demeanor and competence as perfect.I couldnt have asked for anyone better.Only 1 person on his staff had a negative attitude but I got around her and then found Madelyn, who really is a great nurse.
Met him for the first time Feb 1st at the seminar...answered all questions well. I was impressed with him greatly...he never seemed hurried and was willing to stay as long as we had questions...very nice guy. His office staff are the greatest...they made you feel "right at home"!!!
In my own experience, I found that Dr. Ozment was an outstanding doctor. He answered all of my questions at the consultation. The process was also simplified by having the pre surgical tests performed on the day prior to surgery.
Dr. Ozment and his staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They all went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure that you understood the entire process from beginning to post-op care.
Dr. Ozment is very adament about his aftercare program. I met with the dietician before the surgery and they gave me a list of foods to eat during each stage of my recovery and also emphasized calling afterwards with any and all questions.
I loved this man. I don't think i've EVER in my entire life met a doctor that cared more about his paitents.
The office staff is REALLY friendly really stern, and over-all great people in general.
Dr. Ozment is very very strict about aftercare he wants you to be heathly and do things right. if you don't..he's going to make sure you change your mind and go in the correct direction.
He does have a structured aftercare program. complete with lists of foods and what to do to generally feel better.
He addressed the risks of surgery very honestly, and answered any questions very openly and honestly.
I give Dr. Ozment a 10/10 he deserves it.
