I'm scheduled to meet him on Feb. 7th...I've chatted with his assistant, Peggy. What a helpful, kind person she is.

my surgeon is Dr. Roy Cobean, Casco Bay surgery in S. Portland, ME.
I liked him after our first few words were exchanged.
So far, so good.

Awesome! His secretary Peg is a very efficient, polite and caring young lady.
When I saw him, he looked way too young! (Now I feel OLD!)
That he's a very caring individual who is excited about his job and his patients.
Very much so....he has an active support group for me to attend and a dietician to follow up with me as well.
The aftercare includes support group, dietician advice, and peer support.
In a very helpful way - he gave me all the time I needed.
on a scale of 1 -10, he'd be a 9 so far.

both great...it's important not only to be good at what you do, but be good to who you are doing it to.
